Most in-stock items are delivered within 3 to 7 business days. Larger furniture pieces may require scheduled white-glove delivery, which typically takes 10 to 14 business days depending on your location.

Does Koala® offer a trial period for mattresses and sofas?

Yes, we offer a 120-night 'Comfy Guarantee.' If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within the first 120 days of delivery.

How do I care for my Koala® textiles and upholstery?

We recommend professional cleaning for large upholstered items. For linens and cushion covers, machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle and line dry in the shade to maintain fabric integrity.

Are your wood products sustainably sourced?

Sustainability is at our core. All Koala® timber products are crafted using FSC-certified wood or recycled materials to ensure we protect the habitats of our namesakes.
